Mark, a true enthusiast, has been the proud owner of this 1966 Holden HR Premier for over 25 years. It's a journey that began in the late 90s when he acquired a stock two-owner car. But this wasn't just any old ride; Mark had big plans to transform it into a powerhouse.

Initially, he swapped in a fiery 208ci red six with triple carbs, setting the stage for a series of engine upgrades. From a mild Chevy 350 small-block to a mighty 434ci small-block from Trick & Mansweto, the HR's heart was constantly evolving. The result? A staggering 680hp on the dyno, and a jaw-dropping 1000hp with nitrous. But Mark wasn't done yet.

The HR wasn't just about brute force; it had style too. Mark gave it a custom paint job in House of Kolor Sunset Pearl orange, a true head-turner. All controlled by a Haltech PD16 PDM and tuned by Dale Heiler. Running on E85, the turbo 2J produces a mighty 529rwhp on just 21psi, spinning the tires at an incredible 7000rpm. Mark laughs, "Not much happens until 5000rpm with these cams and that turbo, but it's all there for when I put the big motor in."
